SBBL Band - a project that provided livelihood and education to dozens of young musicians in General Tinio since 1991. It's probably the most remarkable project by a group organized by Outreach. It was conceptualized in a meeting by SBBL leaders and Toto Delfin while they were discussing the issues related to family income and education of the youth. Watch them in a mini concert.
